Product prices and availabilities are subject to change without notice and stock availability. If a product ordered is out of stock after the conclusion of the transaction, we shall notify you by email, the out-of-stock product shall be removed from the order, and you shall be refunded for this product price. Crescita disclaims all liability in case of stock shortage and for any damage that may result from or be caused by any delay in delivery.
PRICES AND SALES TAXES
Prices on the Website are in Canadian dollars (C$), do not include taxes, and may change without prior notice. You will be provided with the official amount of your order, including taxes, with the confirmation of the order placed on the Website.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
We only accept payments by credit cards issued in Canada by Visa® and MasterCard®.
Delivery is free for all regular shipments on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a $10 fee will apply. Allow five 3 to 10 business days to receive your order. If your product requires more time due to its availability, we shall inform you by email of any delay.
Within 15 days of completing a transaction on the Website, we shall send you an order confirmation email including the order’s total price as well as the detailed terms and conditions applicable to the transaction. We reserve the right to cancel your transaction without any obligation to provide a reason. If we cancel your transaction, we shall notify you by email at the provided address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders which, at our sole discretion, seem to have been placed by dealers, resellers or retailers. In general, when we cancel a transaction, we do not charge you the amount to your credit card. If we did, we shall refund you the amount or a corresponding credit shall be applied on your credit card.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
For a refund, the product must be in the same state than it was initially. It cannot have been worn or washed. Delivery fees for refunds are at your expense. You have 15 days to request a refund.
In addition, the return must have been pre-approved by our customer service. A return must have an authorization number which will be communicated to you as part of the return process. At all times, the product(s) returned must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and the delivery form.
Online exchanges shall be subject to product availability. Delivery fees for returns are at your expense.

- Indicate the return authorization number on the invoice and on the envelope/box containing the returned product(s)
- Include the original receipt in the shipment
- Include the original delivery form in the shipment
- Return the product by mail to: Intega Skin Sciences, Customer Service, 2805 Place Louis-R-Renaud, Laval, Québec, H3V 0A3.
The return shipping costs are paid the customer.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $ 75, we suggest you use a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We cannot guarantee delivery of the item(s) you return to us.
REIMBURSEMENT (IF APPLICABLE)
If your return request is authorized, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card used at the time of purchase. A copy of the credit will be sent to you by email.
Purchases made online are not eligible for returns or exchanges in a spa and/or beauty salon. Any product purchased from resellers (including but not limited to), authorized online resellers, spas/beauty salons, etc., does not apply to the return policy and therefore will not be authorized.
Exchanges are not accepted.
Only items purchased at regular price can be refunded. Sale items are not refundable.
PRODUCTS WITH "NPN" OR "DIN"
Products with a Natural Product Number (NPN) or a Drug Identification Number (DIN), such as sunscreen products, are not refundable.
Allergies / skin reactions
We understand that exceptionally a product may not correspond to your skin type. Should this event occur, Crescita will reimburse the product which is the cause of a skin reaction. Any reaction must be reported within 48 hours of using the product at 1-800-361-0352. Crescita reserves the right to request a doctor's note and/or photos of the skin reaction to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.
When you receive your order, you must inspect the box for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear. However, if damage has occurred to the item(s) included in your order, please contact us by email via firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. For optimal service, please provide the following items:
- The receipt number
- The number of the delivery form
- A photo of the damaged product.
ERRORS ON WEBSITE
Although we check regularly the product information on our Website, display errors (price, description, etc.) may occur from time to time. CRESCITA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CORRECT THESE ERRORS WITHOUT ANY OBLIGATION TO DELIVER THE GOODS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS DISPLAYED BY MISTAKE.
If such a situation occurs, we will correct the erroneous information as soon as possible and will communicate with you if you already ordered the item.
